Refund policy

STIL BOUTIQUE RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We want you to love your pieces but if something isn’t quite right, here’s how we handle returns. Please read carefully, especially when shopping sale items.

 

 

💳 REGULAR PRICE ITEMS 

Eligible for Refund, Exchange, or Store Credit

  • In-store Refunds: Within 7 calendar days of purchase

  • Online Refunds: Within 7 calendar days of delivery (based on tracking). A $3 restocking fee will be applied.

  • Store Credit or Exchange: Within 14 calendar days of purchase (in-store) or delivery (online)

Requirements:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, scent-free, with original tags attached

  • Must include the receipt or be linked to your customer account

  • Footwear must be returned in original box (box must be in good condition)

If returning online, email info@stilboutique.ca for Return Authorization before sending items back.
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
Store credit will be issued via an emailed gift card for future use, valid in-store or online.

All items marked down over 30% off are FINAL SALE — no refunds, exchanges, or store credit.
 This includes:

  • Clearance items

  • Flash sales

  • Promotions marked as “Final Sale”

These styles are priced to move — once they’re yours, they’re yours. Please double-check sizing and ask us for help before purchasing. If we see it is a sizing issue and we can provide you with an exchange of size in the item we will accomodate 💋

 

 

📦 LOCAL PICKUP ORDERS

  • Returns are calculated from date of purchase, not pickup date

  • Same rules as above apply

 

 

🎁 HOLIDAY GIFTS

Gifts purchased after November 26 are eligible for exchange or store credit until January 5, as long as:

  • They are noted as a gift at checkout

  • Tags are still attached

 

 

❌ NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

For hygiene and safety, these categories are always final sale:

  • Accessories

  • Hats

  • Bodysuits & Swimwear

  • Jewelry

  • Masks

  • Cosmetics

  • Intimates (stockings, lace, undergarments)

  • Surprise Boxes

  • Any item marked as “Final Sale” or discounted over 29%

 

 

🛠 DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEM?

We do our best to inspect every item, but if we missed something:

  • Email info@stilboutique.ca within 7 days of receiving

  • Include your order number and photos of the issue

  • Items must be unworn and unwashed to qualify for a replacement or refund
